Flat-woven from a blend of natural jute and cotton, Julie Richoz’ Tapis Rug creates a distinctly raw and elegant expression that is reinforced by its handcrafted appearance. The rug features a non-slip backing that preserves the shape and minimises the rug’s movement, and is available in different sizes with a variety of colour options.

IN OTHER WORDS, thoughts from the designer
“The idea of this collection is to offer rugs that are elegant, easy to live with, and accessible, with natural materials. The collection offer a quiet yet vibrant motif, enhancing the tactility of the flat weaving technique with refined details. Three colourways are available, in carefully chosen tones that play with dyed jute and contrasted cotton thread to give depth to the surface. All this makes the carpet a balanced piece, both humble in the material and technique but sophisticated in the details.”
