PAYING WITH GIFT CERTIFICATION
If you have a gift certificate for our previous web shop, www.hayshop.dk, please use the following procedure:
If you would like to convert your online gift certificate to one that you can use in our shops in Aarhus or Copenhagen, please contact customer service.
RETURN POLICY
Products bought within official HAY stores, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product can only be returned, if found in original condition.
Exchange of a product must have an exchange sticker – however, if you wish to get a refund, you must bring the receipt.
Furniture and rugs cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note our return policy does not include HAY BAHNE stores.
CLAIM
If you received a faulty item, please contact customer service. (check link) within a reasonable amount of time after you become aware of the problem. Under no circumstances will we accept claims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.
To ensure solving your case as best as possible our complaints department need photos as documentation for your claim. Please attach photos via the contact form. HAY’s customer service will contact you once we have evaluated your case.
Please note that we do not process claims, for our retailers.
LIABILITY
HAY is not liable for any delays or breach of contract that are due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation applies, HAY is exempt from its contractual obligations.
HAY accepts product liability in relation to the consumer in accordance with current legislation.
